Ryan McCann

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan is the founder and CEO of HappsNow, was born with the entrepreneurial bug and has consistently started new ventures. Ryan founded HappsNow in 2016 after noticing a need for change within the live event ticketing space and finding that the industry was ripe for technological innovation. Ryan graduated from Trinity College, and spent time taking various courses at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

John Sinnott

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at HappsNow, John Sinnott is responsible for all aspects of software development, delivery and operations. Before joining HappsNow, John served as CTO at Enviance, where he led the development team in building the first multi-tenant solution for the Environmental Health and Safety market, which was used by some of the largest companies in the world. John graduated from Pomona College with a degree in Computer Science.

Chief Financial Officer

Craig is an experienced CFO who has assisted various companies achieve scale by bringing financial and operational rigor to all aspects of organizations. Craig brings significant experience in optimizing business processes, system implementations enabling process automation, identifying, and mitigating risk, business KPIs, acquisitions and divestitures, and building teams to support organic and inorganic growth. Craig received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Vermont.
